These Terms of Use, together with any referenced policies, including our Privacy Policy, Money-Back Guarantee Policy, and Billing Terms (as updated periodically, collectively referred to as the "Terms," "Agreement," or "EULA"), form a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you," "your") and HIDES & LEATHER SL ("Company," "we," "us," "our," "App"). These Terms regulate your access to and use of our website, web application, and all associated services, features, and content provided by the Company, including content available through the website (collectively, the "App" or "Service").

By using this Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, including all policies and procedures incorporated by reference. You also acknowledge that no reliance is placed on any representations not explicitly stated in this Agreement.

Please review these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, do not use the Service. Changes And Modifications
We reserve the right to modify the Service, including both free and paid features, at any time, with or without prior notice. Updates to this Agreement will be published on our website, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updates, you must discontinue using the Service immediately.

Subscription and One-Time Purchases
We offer subscriptions and one-time purchases, with pricing details available on our website. Purchases may be made through our website, Apple Store, Google Play, or other third-party payment platforms. Payments processed directly by the Company are handled through external providers such as Stripe and PayPal.

Ordering Process
  • Step 1: Users complete a short onboarding quiz to determine the most suitable Service option.
  • Step 2: Users select a Service plan and proceed with payment via credit card or PayPal.
  • Step 3: Upon successful payment, users receive a confirmation email with access instructions.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle. Uninstalling the App does not cancel an active subscription—you must disable auto-renewal in your account settings.

For refund requests, refer to our Money-Back Guarantee Policy on our website. Refunds for purchases via App Store or Google Play must be handled directly with the respective platform.

Adults Only
To use the Service, you must be at least 16 years old in the EU and must not be barred from using the Service under applicable law. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe you do not meet the age requirement, we may suspend your access to the Service until you provide acceptable proof of age. In compliance with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998), we do not knowingly collect or store personal data from users under 13 years old. Third-Party Content and Advertising
Our App may be promoted through third-party platforms, websites, or services. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

  • Any claims, offers, or representations made in such content are solely the responsibility of the third party, and we disclaim all liability related to your reliance on such information.

The Service
As long as you comply with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, and revocable right to use the App in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

Note for EU Residents
If you reside in the EEA or Switzerland, you acknowledge that digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will deduct a proportional fee based on the service already provided.

Disclaimer of Warranties
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
  • THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
  • THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS.
  • ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HIDES & LEATHER SL, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from:
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your use or misuse of the Service.

Exclusive Terms and Amendments
  • The latest version of these Terms constitutes the entire agreement between you and HIDES & LEATHER SL.

Dispute Resolution
All disputes that cannot be resolved through mutual negotiation shall be settled through individual arbitration.

Any dispute shall be governed under the laws and courts of Panama.

This App Does Not Provide Antivirus or Malware Removal Services

Final Agreement
